1. The Service

Muke Labs provides a task-based API that routes your requests to AI generation models for image, video, audio, and text outputs, together with a developer portal for API keys, billing, and usage reporting.

We may add, change, or remove models, features, or pricing at any time. Where a change materially reduces the Service for tasks you have already paid for, we will refund the affected prepaid amounts to your balance.

2. Accounts and API keys

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• API keys are credentials: keep them secret, scope them appropriately, and rotate them if they may have leaked. You are responsible for all activity under your keys.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Prepaid balance and billing

• The Service is pay-per-use. You purchase a prepaid USD balance; each task is charged against that balance at the price shown for the applicable model tier when the task runs.
• Top-up amounts are between USD 20 and USD 500 per transaction.
• There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals. We never charge you on a recurring basis.
• Charges for tasks that fail are returned to your balance automatically.
• Prepaid balance is not withdrawable as cash and is not transferable between accounts, except as required by law or described in our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, and we may refuse, block, or remove content that violates law or policy.

5. Your content and outputs

• You retain the rights you hold in the prompts and reference materials you submit ("Inputs") and, subject to the terms of the underlying model and applicable law, in the outputs generated for you ("Outputs").
• You grant us a limited license to process Inputs and Outputs solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including temporary storage, content moderation, and abuse prevention.
• Outputs may not be unique — similar prompts can produce similar results for other users. We do not guarantee that Outputs are free of third-party rights; you are responsible for how you use them.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit any Inputs and that your use of Outputs complies with law and third-party rights.

6. Service levels and changes

The Service is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and generation times are estimates.

We may suspend the Service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons, and we may change the API with reasonable notice for breaking changes where practicable.

7. Suspension and termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time. Unused balance is handled under the Refund Policy.
• We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, unpaid amounts, fraud, abuse, or legal risk.
• On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by nature survive (liability, indemnity, governing law) remain in effect.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY MALAYSIAN LAW, MUKE LABS IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF PREPAID BALANCE YOU PURCHASED IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Inputs, your use of Outputs, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you.

11. General

• We may update these Terms with notice posted on this page; material changes take effect prospectively. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
• If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
• You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale.
