Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-06
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what you may not do with the Muke Labs Service. It is part of the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings given there.
1. Prohibited content
You must not use the Service to generate, process, or distribute content that:
- Depicts or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexualizes minors in any way — we report violations to the appropriate authorities.
- Is a non-consensual deepfake or likeness of a real person, including face swaps, voice clones, or fabricated statements, without that person's clear consent.
- Infringes intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights.
- Is illegal, promotes illegal acts, terrorism, or violent extremism.
- Constitutes harassment, doxxing, hate speech, or incitement to violence or discrimination.
- Is deceptive at scale: disinformation campaigns, fake endorsements, spam, or content designed to deceive consumers or voters.
- Contains or delivers malware, phishing, or other harmful code.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Circumventing or probing safety filters, rate limits, quotas, or billing controls.
- Reverse-engineering the Service, scraping it at abusive volume, or reselling API access without our written permission.
- Sharing API keys across unrelated customers, or misrepresenting your identity or the identity of your end users (subjectId).
- Submitting content you have no right to use, or using outputs to train competing models where prohibited by the applicable model terms.
- Interfering with the Service's infrastructure or other customers' use.
3. Enforcement
- We may refuse a request, remove content, throttle or suspend keys, and suspend or terminate accounts for violations — with or without notice where the risk is immediate.
- Repeated or serious violations lead to permanent termination and may be reported to authorities.
- Failed-task refunds do not apply to tasks rejected for policy violations.
- We may preserve and share evidence of violations as required by law.
4. Reporting
To report abuse, security issues, or content that violates this policy, contact support@mukelabs.com with the job id or output URL where available.
